About five years ago, I bought a couple of Gutwire Notepad vibration absorbers to place above my speakers. They worked remarkably in reducing speaker vibrations, resulting in wider imaging and more focused vocals. Too bad, however, that after about four years, the mass and its vibration absorption properties dissipated to virtually nil.
