X-Doria has added new Defense Lux Wood cases for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus to its line, still featuring the same military-grade drop testing, meeting MIL-STD-810G standards.
The fashionable cases are an upgrade to the popular Defense Shield and Gear protective cases. Like the others, it is made from anodized machined aluminum, with a soft inner rubber layer. But these models add the stylish, impact-resistant real wood backing. A metallic button is also included to add an impact and scratch-resistant barrier to the device's perimeter. The rear panel comes in Walnut or Bamboo.
As per the standards, the cases are drop-tested to survive a fall from up to two metres on concrete. The oversized raised lip protects the screen from drops and surface scratches as well.
The Defense Lux Wood for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is available now for an MSRP of US$40.
