Niagara Falls, ON-based HDMI transmitting company Nyrius has launched its Aries Pro+ Wireless HD Video Transmitter and Receiver which allows for streaming 1,080p HD video content from any HDMI source to a TV, projector, or conference room display from up to 165 feet away.
Using the Aries Pro+, customers can browse the internet or stream media from sources like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and others from their biggest screen devices. It offers no latency wireless transmission of true 1,080p HD video from an HDMI source. Video can be sent through walls, floors, and ceilings without interference from Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Streaming line of sight, however, will yield the maximum range.
The Aries Pro+ can be wirelessly connected to a projector or mounted HDTV without the need to hide messy cables, and connects instantly without the need for software, complicated setup, or Wi-Fi.
Videographers can use the Aries Pro+ to stream video from drones, DSLRs, and other video cameras. By adding a USB power source to your camera setup, you can freely move into tight spaces or tall heights while monitoring footage remotely in real time.
Gamers can also stream their favourite titles from a desktop, laptop, PS4, or Xbox One onto a TV wirelessly with zero latency, ensuring that audio and video are in sync. It will not distort, says the company, even in fast-paced games like Call of Duty.
In the workplace, professionals can use the Aries Pro+ to wirelessly display their presentation on the boardroom TV in full HD quality while maintaining control of what is on the screen. It reduces setup times, frees the room of HDMI cables, and eliminates the need for in-wall connections.
The Nyrius Aries Pro+ is now available for $299.
