Commercial audio and security equipment manufacturer TOA Canada Corporation has introduced its first SIP Horn Speaker for the Canadian market.
The UC-4SC615 network horn speaker can be directly connected to an IP network as an endpoint device with a single cable. The equipment supports various types of industrial standard network protocols including Onvif and SIP.
Ideal for the security and education markets, it offers Internal Audio Playback and Onvif Paging while working with a VMS server. It also supplies SIP Unicast and Multicast paging capabilities with varying options for different scenarios.
The network horn is easy to configure and set up on a network. It comes with a control-out function allowing for adjustments by Web UI. It can be used in both indoor and outdoor facilities.
"Growth in the IP speaker market has seen a sharp increase over the past five years as more companies demand IP connectivity to their networks," says TOA Director Rico Lucia. "Our engineers have developed an incredible product with all the attractive features that are required to sell in today's competitive marketplace."
Responding to changing customer requirements, the announcement of the IP horn speaker comes at a key moment for TOA as the company looks for further penetration into the security space.
