Square has launched Square Loyalty, which provides Canadian sellers with an integrated digital rewards program they can use directly through their Square Points of Sale app, without the need for any additional software or hardware.

Businesses across industries can create a customized rewards program with Square Loyalty that fits their business. A quick-service business can run a traditional loyalty program in which customers receive points from purchases to earn their loyalty reward, for example, while a specialty boutique can be more advanced and offer multiple reward levels, allowing customers to bank their points to earn tiers or higher-value loyalty rewards. Businesses can track sales and see how many new and returning customers are participating in their rewards program all in one place with the Square Dashboard.
Businesses pay a monthly cost, starting at $60 for Square Loyalty based on each location's total Loyalty visits per month. A 30-day free trial of Square Loyalty is available to all Canadian businesses.
