CES 2019: AirSelfie Launches Flying Cameras

AirSelfie Holdings Ltd. has announced three new flying cameras, making aerial photography easier than ever.

Pocket-sized AirSelfie cameras connect to a smartphone, and are controlled by an app available for free download for both iOS and Android. They feature proprietary AIR (Aerial Imaging Robotics), for hands-free flight and AIM (Autonomous Imaging Mission) programming, to shoot HD still images and videos from dramatic perspectives.

The three new AIR cameras are:

AIR 100: AirSelfie's most affordable and intuitive entry-level camera, offering a one-touch app experience for casual photographers and videographers aged 10 and up. It features a 12MP camera, HD video and 6-minute flight time on a charge. Retail price is US$99.95.

AIR ZEN: termed "the industry's first autonomous flight, zenith aerial camera." It features a 13MP, 120-degree zenith camera, in a carbon-reinforced plastic body, and can capture 4K videos without a connection to a smartphone. It's also water-resistant. Retail price is US$139.95.

AIR DUO: billed as "the first aerial camera on the market to feature dual lenses for landscape and zenith photos and HD videos." It features a 12MP 80-degree FOV front camera, as well as a 12MP, 110-degree FOV wide-angle zenith camera, in a 120g aluminum alloy body. A removable battery provides 7 minute flight time. Retail price is US$229.95.

"When it comes to aerial photography with AirSelfie, the sky is definitely the limit," said Stefano Cabella, CEO, AirSelfie. "AirSelfie is the first and only true AIR Camera that allows you to be naturally and completely immersed in your everyday life or life adventure while AirSelfie records your experiences. We invite everyone to stop by and visit us at CES to see how we are taking aerial photography to new heights."

AirSelfie AIR cameras will be available globally in 2019.
