An Update From Bryston

Since our last update, our provincial government has mandated that all non-essential businesses should close for a two week period. Bryston will comply with this order and close through April 8th and practice safe distancing and good citizenship effective immediately.

That said, many of us at Bryston can and will be working from home to help you in your efforts to keep the music playing. Specifically:

• Though we won't be running production, we will still be receiving and scheduling orders. So, please continue to support your dealer by ordering Bryston. If they have it in stock, they'll get to you right away. If not, we'll ship as soon as we're able.

• Though we won't have the full capabilities of the workbench, several of us can still respond to service requests and help remotely. Gary, Mike, Chris Rice, and others as able will be glad to help troubleshoot by email and phone. Jim Spence (our VP of Ops) will take your call and route it to the right person.

• Our engineers will continue working on the next great things from their home labs. And, oh boy, are they awesome!

• Our 10% off drop ship special still holds through end of April. Sorry we won't be able to ship till we get back to the factory, though.

So, while we are disappointed to need to close temporarily, we recognize it's the right thing to do. We remain committed to providing excellent service and satisfying the needs of our music loving community. Just because we're physically distant doesn't mean we can't keep in touch.
