As COVID-19 continues to evolve and impact human health in Canada, we at Gentec look to operate under the safest possible environment for our staff according to WHO and Canadian Health Care Guidelines.
Gentec has taken steps in order to protect the safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our business partners and customers. As such, effective today, we have temporarily reduced our staff levels to create a social distancing environment and closed the building to all outside visitors. Our order processing, shipping and service department are fully operational, for now.
Due to the global nature of modern supply chains, COVID-19 has led to supply interruptions from our factories and suppliers. Depending on the circumstances surrounding any given geographic territory, it is possible that you will experience delays in response and delivery time of your orders. We will do our best to ensure timely deliveries in order to support you during this unprecedented situation.
In these uncertain times, stress and anxiety levels can increase dramatically and it is more important than ever to take care of our mental health as well as our physical health. Social distancing does not have to mean disconnecting from one and other.
